- Steam broccoli in pan with water & lid- remove once cooked
- Sauté onion & ginger in a pan with some water
- Add in the brown rice, lentils, broccoli, cherry tomatoes & crumble in tofu
- Whisk 1 egg in a bowl, then make a circle in the centre of the pan- pour egg in and let it cook through a bit & mix together
- Add in the tamari sauce or the Coconut Amino Sauce & season with salt
- Whilt spinach, squeeze some lemon & stir though
