15 Min Fried Rice

Easiest & quickest meal ever !!! Try it out cause it’s super delicious & filling !!!!! 🤗This recipe is super diverse, so just use whatever vegetables and ingredients you have in the fridge/ on hand :). The mix of vegetables is one of the best way to get a range of micro-nutrients which will strengthen your immune system 🔥💪🏼

Ingredients

  • Brown rice
  • Firm tofu
  • Ginger
  • Lentils
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Egg
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Tamari or soy sauce or Coconut Amino Sauce

Instructions

  • Steam broccoli in pan with water & lid- remove once cooked
  • Sauté onion & ginger in a pan with some water
  • Add in the brown rice, lentils, broccoli, cherry tomatoes & crumble in tofu
  • Whisk 1 egg in a bowl, then make a circle in the centre of the pan- pour egg in and let it cook through a bit & mix together
  • Add in the tamari sauce or the Coconut Amino Sauce & season with salt
  • Whilt spinach, squeeze some lemon & stir though
