1. COCONUT OIL PIE CRUST

Coconut Oil pie Crust

Ingredient:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp of sea salt
  • 3-6 tbsp of ice-cold water
  • 2/3 cup of coconut oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in one large mixing bowl and combine well. Once the pie is ready, bake it for 30minutes to 1 hour in a 370°F.

  2. APPLE MUFFIN (Healthy)

Apple Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt and baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of diced apple
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • ½ plain Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F while you mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour the wet batch evenly into 12 muffin cups and bake for 15 to 16minutes or until the muffins are golden.

 3. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES USING COCONUT OIL

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES USING COCONUT OIL

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ tbsp. of salt

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients using a whisk to create a batter. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Allow the portioned out cookie dough to chill and bake them in a preheated oven to 350°F for 10-13 minutes. Set aside to cool and enjoy for at least 4 to 5 days.

 4. COCONUT OIL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE

Coconut Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt and nutmeg
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar and coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water, if needed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ peanut buttercream

Instructions:

Take a medium and large bowl to make the two batches, mix them all using a whisk. Add vanilla and egg, combine until blended. Using a cookie scoop and place the dough to roll into a ball and use the sugar to coat them. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 370°F until brown and leave on a baking sheet for 5 minutes to set. 

  5. VANILLA COCONUT OATMEAL

Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ½ cups organic vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions:

In a small saucepan bring almond milk and stir in oats and coconut oil to combine the mixture. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
