Coconut Nectar

Organic Coconut Nectar is prepared from the sap of coconut flowers which is full of nutrition. Coconut Nectar is natural, unrefined, non-GMO and free of preservatives. It has a neutral flavour of sweetness that’s comparable to white sugar. Coconut nectar consists of mostly sucrose, with only 10% coming from fructose. Hence, it is a low fructose sweetener compared to sugar and honey. It is low in the Glycemic Index (GI) (35). It consists of minerals including iron, zinc and magnesium and vitamin B and C.
