  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy. Keep the batch stored in an airtight container.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions:
