Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking pan with a parchment paper.
Add Ghee butter and sugar/sugar replacements to the bowl of stand mixer. Beat for ~3-4 mins (until fluffy/light). Add egg, vanilla and mix properly. Add slightly cooled (not hot) melted chocolate, stir it well.
Now mix the lentil flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix them well. Add this dry mix slowly to the stand mixer and stir until combined well. Add chocolate chips.
Take 1 tbsp-sized portions out, roll them into balls, press them slightly and place them into the oven for ~10-12 minutes.
Cool in the pan for sometime, then cool on wire rack.
