Detox Veggie Salad


  • 2-3 stems of broccoli, washed and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 of a small avocado
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1 T CocoEarth ghee butter
  • a handful of baby spinach
  • small green sprouts
  • avocado-balsamic dressing
  • salt, pepper and lemon


Cut the mushroom into small pieces and then salute them with ghee and put some pinch of salt in small pan (over medium heat). They should turn into golden brown in 2-3 minutes.

While the mushrooms are getting cooked, prepared the salad bowl by putting all the dry ingredients in it. Add your mushrooms on top and then season it with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Pour in a drizzle of dressing on it and then enjoy it!
