Keto Matcha Cup Cake

Ingredients

Serves 1-2

  • 6 tbsp CocoEarth MCT Powder
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sweetener
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Keto matcha cup cake

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350O F and line cupcakes tray with cupcake liners and coat them with butter
  • Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
  • Add wet ingredients in another bowl and blend until you get a smooth creamy batter
  • Add in the dry mixture and mix well again
  • Divide and pour the batter in the cupcakes
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until baked well
  • Remove from oven and enjoy
