Multigrain Rice Crackers

Give it a go and make these – Crunchy & pretty addictive delicious πŸ’• savoury snacks πŸ˜‹ with your fav toppings – cheese, hummus, avo, dips of choice, scrambled tofu. Make your salad and nourish bowls more CRUNCHY with these πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ» You can use whatever rice you like, a combination of white, red and black rice used here.

Ingredients

MULTIGRAIN RICE CRACKERS

2 cups cooked and cooled rice (I used a mix of black rice, red rice, quinoa, and white rice)
1/3 cup chia seeds, soaked in 1/3 cup warm water
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1.5 tbsp coconut amino sauce or sub with 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seasoning
1 tsp pink salt
Pinch of black pepper

Garnish: Sunflower seeds and sea salt flakes
