Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Coco Earth Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Coco Earth Liquid Coconut Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk or dairy-free coconut milk/almond milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar or equivalent sugar replacement
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C & grease the pan with oil.
  2. In a bowl, add oil, sugar/sugar replacement, eggs, vanilla extract & milk and stir them well.
  3. Now add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and gradually whisk them until all combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan & bake it until the center is set (30-40 minutes) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool it in pan for few minutes, then cool on wire rack.
