Coco Earth Oat Flour soft texture and lightly nutty flavour help bind ingredients perfectly, making every recipe easy, comforting, and delicious. With Coco Earth Oat Flour, you can create delightful treats using simple, pantry-friendly ingredients.

Below are the ingredients and method to make a Chocolate Chip Pistachio Yoghurt Cake using Coco Earth Oat Flour:

 Ingredients     

      (single serve)

  • 250g flavoured protein yoghurt or Greek yoghurt + 1 tsp vanilla extract/sweetener to taste

  • 15g Coco Earth oat flour (about 1.5 tbsp) 

  • 10g chopped pistachios (1 tbsp)

  • 10g sugar free chocolate chips (1 tbsp)

  • Optional: lemon zest & sweetener

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt, oat flour, pistachios, chocolate chips and optional lemon zest.

2. Pour into a greased + lined medium ramekin and spread evenly.

3. Bake in a preheated oven 180°C for 25 min, or until set in the centre and lightly golden around the edges.

4. Let cool, then refrigerate for 30+ minutes for a firmer, creamier texture.

5. Serve with a dusting of icing sugar extra pistachios, and grated chocolate.
