Here is a complete guide with all the ingredients and easy-to-follow steps to make No Bake Mango-Strawberry Protein Cake Bites using Coco Earth Oat Flour and Coco Earth Organic Coconut Flour. 

Perfect for a quick no-bake snack, post-workout bite, festive platter, or a healthy homemade treat bursting with fruity flavour. 

Ingredients

(makes 8 x ~30g balls)

• 4 Medjool dates (68-70g), pitted + softened

• 1 scoop (30g) vanilla vegan protein or favourite tasty one

• 60ml milk of choice

• 40g Coco Earth Australian Oat Flour

• 20g Coco Earth Organic Coconut Flour

• 15g almond butter

• 1 tbsp cacao nibs

For the crunchy coating:

• 8 freeze-dried mango pieces (quartered),you can use Frisp Mango Crisps  

• 8 freeze-dried strawberry pieces (quartered),you can use Frisp Chocolate-Coated Strawberry Crisps

Instructions

1. Prep dates: Soak in warm water for 5 mins, drain, mash.

2. Make dough: Mix dates, protein powder, milk, oat flour, coconut flour + almond butter into a soft, non-sticky dough.

3. Add crunch: Fold in cacao nibs.

4. Roll: Form into 8 balls (~30g each).

5. Coat: Press in the choc-dipped mango + strawberry quarters, then lightly roll to set the crunch.

6. Chill: 10-15 mins to firm up and store in fridge
