Ingredients

CAKE BATTER:

• 1½ cups oats 

• 1 cup SR flour

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ¼ tsp salt

• 1 cup tinned apples

• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• ½ cup milk

• ¼ cup Coco Earth Liquid Coconut Oil

• ¼ cup maple syrup

CRUNCHY TOPPING:

• ¼ cup Coco Earth Liquid coconut oil

• ¼ cup oats

• 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine. 

  • Mix in the tin apples before adding the mixture to cupcake pans.

  • Combine all the ingredients and then spoon on top of the cupcake batter.

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
