Ingredients
-
500g Prawns, peeled
-
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp crushed black pepper
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Zest of ½ lemon
-
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
-
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme (optional)
Method
-
Pat the prawns dry with paper towels and season with the smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
-
Heat the Coco Earth Grass-Fed Ghee Butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until melted.
-
Add the garlic and chilli flakes (if using) and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to let the garlic turn brown.
-
Add the prawns in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until they are just cooked through.
-
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and thyme. Toss gently until the prawns are evenly coated in the fragrant ghee sauce.
-
Remove from the heat and garnish with extra parsley.
