Ingredients

1 cup canned chickpeas

½ cup cashew butter

⅓ cup oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt
Method

Add all the ingredients to a food processor.

Blitz the mixture until the oats are processed.

Transfer the mixture into a lined tray and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 15-20 mins and enjoy!
