Healthy Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas

  • ½ cup cashew butter

  • ⅓ cup oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp Coco Earth Liquid Coconut MCT Oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. 

  2. Blitz the mixture until the oats are processed. 

  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined tray and smooth it out with the back of a spoon. 

  4. Bake for 15-20 mins and enjoy!
