Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat.

Add Coco Earth Ghee Butter and allow it to melt completely.

Add 2–3 popcorn kernels and cover the pan. Once they pop, the ghee is ready.

Add the remaining popcorn kernels and quickly cover with a lid.

Gently shake the pan occasionally to prevent burning.

Once popping slows to 2–3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.

Transfer popcorn to a bowl, sprinkle salt, and add any optional seasonings.

Toss well and serve immediately.
