Homemade Popcorn with Coco Earth Ghee Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coco Earth Ghee Butter

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels

  • Salt, to taste

  • Optional toppings: black pepper, chilli flakes, nutritional yeast, or herbs

Instructions

  • Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat.

  • Add Coco Earth Ghee Butter and allow it to melt completely.

  • Add 2–3 popcorn kernels and cover the pan. Once they pop, the ghee is ready.

  • Add the remaining popcorn kernels and quickly cover with a lid.

  • Gently shake the pan occasionally to prevent burning.

  • Once popping slows to 2–3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.

  • Transfer popcorn to a bowl, sprinkle salt, and add any optional seasonings.

  • Toss well and serve immediately.
