Salad:

1 can Frisp Hearts of Palm

1 ripe mango, diced

1 cup mixed greens (baby spinach or arugula)

½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

½ avocado, diced
-
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp roasted cashews or peanuts
Tropical Lime Dressing:

2 tbsp fresh lime juice
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
-
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
-
1 small pinch chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions

Drain and rinse the Frisp canned Hearts of Palm .Dice the mango and avocado. Thinly slice the bell pepper and onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, Coco Earth liquid coconut oil, honey, grated ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.

In a large serving bowl, arrange mixed greens as the base. Add Frisp Hearts of Palm, mango, bell pepper, onion, and avocado.

Drizzle the tropical lime dressing evenly over the salad. Garnish with chopped cilantro and roasted nuts for added crunch.
