Ingredients

1 banana (100g)

140 ml chocolate vegan protein milk or chocolate mllk

20g vanilla whey protein

1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1 tbsp sugar free choc chips + few on top
Optional toppings

Monk fruit chocolate syrup

Cacao sauce (cacao + water + sweetener)
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Blend all ingredients except baking powder and chocolate chips until smooth.

Fold through baking powder and chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased and lined baking dish (mine was 11.7cm).

Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
