3-Ingredient Protein Cake

Tiramisu Crepe Cake 🍰 Reading 3-Ingredient Protein Cake 1 minute Next Healthy Muesli Bars

Ingredients

  •  250g flavoured protein yoghurt or Greek

  • 15g Coco Earth Oat Flour (or finely blended oats)

  • 20g dark choc chips

  • Optional: lemon zest & sweetener

Serve:

  • Choc sauce : 5g cacao mixed with 1.5 tsp hot water + tsp sweetener or warmed berries or desired toppings

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt, oat flour , choc cops and optional lemon zest, and sweetener until combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased and lined medium ramekin (13cmW x 13cmD x 7cmH) smoothing the top.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.

  4. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or longer for a firmer, creamier texture.

  5. Serve with cacao sauce or your fav toppings.
