2 cups oats

1/2 cup oat flour (Try Coco Earth Oat Flour)

1/3 cup PB

1/3 cup rice malt syrup

1/4 cup Coco Earth Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon or vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup seed mix of choice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a tin with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: oats, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, stir together syrup, oil, and PB.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until fully combined. The mix should be sticky and hold together when pressed.

Press firmly into the tin. Flatten evenly with a spoon or spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden and the top is set.

Cool completely before slicing it firms up as it cools.
