Ingredients
• 1 medium apple, chopped (120 g)
• 1 egg (60 g)
• 15 g cocoa
• 20 g Coco Earth Oat Flour
• 1 tbsp sugar-free granulated sweetener (or preferred)
Protein ganache
• 20 g chocolate whey protein
• 1 tbsp monk fruit chocolate syrup
Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Add all brownie ingredients to a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Pour into a lined 10 cm pan and tap gently to level.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the ganache: mix protein powder with chocolate syrup until smooth.
- Allow the brownie to cool, then top with ganache and chocolate chips.
