1. Bloom gelatin: add water to a small cup, sprinkle over gelatin, let it sponge, then melt (20 sec microwave or over hot water). 2. Mix Greek yoghurt, desiccated coconut, Coco Earth organic coconut flour, sweetener, and vanilla until combined. Stir through melted gelatin. 3. Transfer to freezer for a quick 10-minute set 4. Make topping: mix protein, cacao, optional sweetener, and water until creamy. 5. Remove the treat once firm, top with chocolate layer, and finish with coconut. |
