2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp hummus

Juice of 1 lemon

2–3 tbsp water (to thin)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean tea towel.

Toss with coconut oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Spread on a lined baking tray and roast for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Shake halfway through.

Place chopped kale in a large bowl.

Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Massage the kale with your hands for 1–2 minutes until it softens and turns a deeper green.

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together tahini, hummus, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add water gradually until it reaches a creamy, pourable consistency.

To the massaged kale, add Frisp palm hearts, roasted chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds. Pour over the dressing and toss well to combine. Enjoy right away.
