Ingredients

1 egg

3 tbsp Coco Earth Oat Flour (or finely blended oats)

1 tbsp cacao
-
1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (or preferred)

4 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder
Protein Frosting
-
20g chocolate vegan protein
-
100g protein yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk together egg, oat flour, cacao, sweetener, milk and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold through the baking powder.
3. Pour the batter into a greased mug or ramekin.
4. Microwave in 30-second intervals for about 1.5 minutes (900W), until just set.
5. Mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
6. Let the cake cool slightly, then spread the frosting on top and enjoy.
