¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds or almonds
Super Seed Dressing:

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

Salt & black pepper to taste

1–2 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
